Cake tasted great however the design options and color options are terrible. Really dropped over the years.

Nice cake. Easy to order. Ready on time and easy to pick it up from Sam’s. Looked great and it was a good cake to eat. Everyone liked it.

Online ordering leaves too much room for disappointment. The store fixed it, but Removing the “customization “ to online doesn’t work.

The cake was a big hit with my granddaughter at her high school graduation party! Sam’s cakes are the best!!!

The cake was good however someone did not know how to spell the word Proud. They put Poroud on my cake. Which I did not notice until we were about to cut the cake. This was not acceptable!

I was notified my cake was ready. Arrived at the club and staff cant find the cake. They make a new one and it is wrong. Sloppy piping and lettering. Doesnt look like the pic at all. Manager never got back to me when I voiced my concerns.

The Class really enjoyed the cake

Cake was just what I expected, very moist and delicious.
