The decoration on our cake was terrible. The writing was barely legible and was not centered on the cake.  I told the lady at the bakery but she didn’t seem concerned at all. She said she could try to fix it, but might mess it up and it would take a long time. Publix may be more expensive, but I’ve never been disappointed. I won’t use Sam’s again for a cake.

Stale, this cake was terrible. It was so dry and disappointing.  You can't come back from buying a graduation cake and it's stale. We through most of it away. I will NEVER buy a SAMS cake again.

STALE CAKE - BEWARE

The cake was delicious, the only problem was two staff members in person and over the phone assured me the “2024” would be on the cake. And it was not, but the Manager corrected the issue to my satisfaction.

Delicious cake, new ordering system

I was not happy they had my order all messed up. Yes itvwas done online but i put my order in with the help of a lady from the bakery walking me through the process of my order because I was afraid of missing something and my cake still came out wrong. I ordered marble itvwas white i orders whipped it was buttercream. It was supposed to be the buttercream maroon or what ever color teardrop along the edges it was all white, it was supposed to have my daughters name on it and it did not. My friend asked them to write her name on it at pick up. Then when i called to speak with someone all the lady asked was if i could bring it back? The party was at 2pm i was on the phone at 1:40...she didn't care because she said the order was done on line smh it was upsetting and i wont do it again

Very upset with my cake

I was looking for light pink for the border frosting, but the only option online was coral, which did look pink. When I picked it up, it was an orange shade of coral. The baker said that this is a frequent issue because the online picture looks like pink, but in actuality it is an orange. They were able to scrape it off and redo in a true light pink. Cake was stellar and yummy as usual.
