I ordered this and a bag of their Guatemalan variety. Neither are light roasted, but the Ethiopian blend is grossly over-roasted. They have roasted out all the reasons one buys a Ethiopian variety, and that's too bad.

This is the first time trying this whole bean roast and I am not disappointed. It has a fresh robust flavor. Shipping was prompt. I could taste the freshness and enjoy having this as a part of my coffee ritual.

This is high quality coffee! I blend the Guatemalan with Sumatra. It tastes like Starbucks old Thanksgiving Blend before they ruined it and it is less expensive. Thanks Copper Moon!

It's a smooth light roast, but the flavors that I generally expect from a Guatemalan roast (almond, milk chocolate, and a touch of cherry) aren't there. There really isn't a strong flavor at all, just a nice mouthfeel.

This coffee has a deep blend of flavor. I would say this leans more toward the darker side of a medium roast, which is a big plus for me. Definitely worth a try and will order in the future!

really like this coffee. no bitter taste. will definitely buy this coffee again. The beans are small and hard a sign of the best coffee. It has a true light roast too,

Great flavor. Can drink it with or withouth cream. Taste is smooth. Not a dark roast like others have suggested. Going to try another flavor from this company.

A little disappointed in that this batch doesn't seem to be as flavorful as in the past. Is your roasting process changing. Is it truly Single Origin?
