[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of trying Copper Moon Coffee's CM Blast blend, and I have to say, I was blown away by the flavor and quality of this coffee. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water, and as soon as I took my first sip, I knew I was in for a treat. The blend is rich and full-bodied, with just the right amount of boldness and depth. I could taste the high-quality beans and the expert roasting that went into creating this blend

I cannot drink this coffee. I wanted to try something new (new roaster and new coffee) and regret my decision to risk a 2-lb. Purchase, especially since that amount is hardly "fresh-roasted" by the time I get to the end of a bag. But most of all, after several attempts to modify the amount of beans, the grind, water temperature, etc., I just had to admit it's just not good. Anyone who rated it with 5 stars want a mostly full bag of espresso beans?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this coffee. It smells and tastes so good. It will s the best way to wake up every morning. It gets me through the day. I would definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends.

Only been a customer a couple weeks but so far everything is great. I like my coffee to be bold and to wake up my mouth. I have a few more to sample but the Sumatra and Espresso have met my desires. Neither have any bitterness and both have a dark, bold, earthy taste which I love. Like it so much I placed another order yesterday to share with friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, two pounds of coffee beans is a huge amount! Be sure you know what you're signing yourself up for when buying this. As for the dark roast, it never tasted burnt to me (which is my experience with many dark roasts), so that's a huge plus. I tried brewing precisely as a pourover at various water temperatures but always pulled too many off flavors to enjoy. Brewed with a "blunter" automated coffee machine instead and it smoothed out the flavors quite a bit to make a far more enjoyable cup.

Espresso Roast is one of my favorite Copper Moon coffees and a perfect start to each day. It has a nice bold flavor without any hint of acidic taste and goes down very smoothly. I served it to hubby and he is a big fan too. We love our Copper Moon start to the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like whole bean coffee as it stays fresh longer. This Copper Moon Coffee Sumatra is a great roast. It is not too strong but definitely not a medium roast. And the acidity is on the lower side which I love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a fan of strong coffee blends then this is for you. I could really enjoy this coffee anytime too. It is caffeinated and makes you feel "happy". It has a good taste of nutty-ness and chocolate.

Vermont weather has made it tough for me to roast green coffee beans, and I was running out of the last batch I managed to do in June. I bought a few larger bags to get me through until fall. Copper Moon's Ethiopian Blend is tasty. It's low acidity which I prefer. It has distinct chocolate notes, but I also noted a subtle earthiness. It was very pleasing. For making the coffee, I use a burr grinder, drip coffee maker, and also have a French press. It has been fantastic each way. Iced and cold brew is my next test. I do add a splash of Sweet Cream Supercreamer for a touch of sweetness and oatmilk half and half.
