I love these thick towels! The sets you can order online make for great gifts and they seem to be holding up well after multiple washes. However, I did notice some fading on a few but I’m okay with it.

These are excellent towels! Large, wash and dry well, look brand new year after year. I bought some for our home over a year ago and they look great. Bought these as a gift - my daughter and son-in-law love them!

Love the bath towel but the hand towels and washcloths are not the same weight which was disappointing but the price was great Another confirmation that you get what you pay for

We have been using these towels for a year and they have not lost their softness or pile. We purchased a second set for our daughter to use at her new apartment. The price is great too!

It was time to refresh towels in our home and we chose white. These are beautiful, thick, fluffy, large towels. They’ve been washed twice now, no ravels, no excessive lint. We feel they’re a good value!

Ordered these because I thought they were exactly like the ones they sell in the store but when I got them they are not. They are very think chinsy made they are not the same quality as the ones in the store . they say they are the hotel collection but they are not same quality . When I brought them back to return we went back and bought the higher quality ones in the store brought them up to return register to show the front desk cashier and she agreed that quality was way below what is on the floor. They have more colors on line but quality is poor.. if you like the ones on the store floor purchase those.. do not waste your time and money on the members mark hotel collection on line.

These towels are fluffy and nice to use. When compared to other new towels I've purchased, the lint coming off is minimal. I'm dropping the rating slightly because one of the 6 bath sized towels I purchased has a hole developing after 3 washes. No trauma to the spot- regular use, regular wash and a hole!

Been buying these towels for about 10 years they are wonderful for the price. The thickness and size are worth the price these are not that micro fiber Junk . Just Bought the white ones a year ago still going strong and still look new ( white )

Let me explain my awful rating for these before you dismiss it as a bot post. I have purchased Hotel Collection towels many years ago. They were excellent. They were made properly. They did not drop lint. They did not pill. The manufacture and weave of these Hotel towels her are gutter trash. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I have washed them and dried them 10 times and they are still dropping lint and pilling. The first 4 loads clogged up my washing machine so badly I needed to scrub it down before it seized the tub. The lint captured at each cycle was the size of a full hand towel. And it still hasn't stopped after 10 runs. I have probably burned through half a months electricity trying to get these things usable, but they still aren't there yet. I have purchased other plush towels before from LL Bean, Lands End, Duluth Trading, and they are plush and thick but have a tighter weave so the lint doesn't kill everyone in the house. These are not those. Caveat Emptor. Do Not Buy These Towels. You will regret it, unless wearing a cotton beard on every inch of every body crack is not a big thing for you.

Bought the brownstone color in the past and wanted to add to my collection. However, the color is not the same light cocoa brown as in the past. I would classify the new brownstone color as a medium beige and no longer a brownish color. The color swatch seems to be the original brownstone color. .Somewhat disappointed in the color change so only 4 stars, but the towels are still a good buy.
