There was nothing good about this cake.

Cake tasted weird and had an awful after taste. Cake had an angel food texture. Will not buy again.

Made a special trip just for the coconut cake for my birthday tasted terrible!!! Very odd tasting frosting, waste of $$

This cake has changed, used to be awesome. Now it’s bland, minimal frosting which made the difference when I used to buy it. I purchased for Easter to give it one more try and it’s the last time I will purchase. Go back to your original recipe!

Not sure what has changed, but the icing taste off and immediately upset my tummy. It was very sweet, like maybe sugar alcohols have been added. I am not sure but will make my own coconut cake going forward.

Very moist but very little coconut. Hardly any on the sides. None on top !!

Bland flavor, hard icing, just didn't taste good. Tried one slice, then threw the rest away.

Agree with others that there is an artificial, chemical after taste that i could not tolerate.
