I purchased this item because it clearly stated on product details that you could convert the grill from charcoal to propane.  Item is sold seperately which I had no issues with the addiotional cost but six months later No one knows seems to know how to order? Where to order? Or if it's even available!       Truly feel mis lead

Not at all happy

The grill impressed from the first sight, it came in a huge box very thoroughly packed, the lid was already on, but we had to unscrew the lid, because otherwise we couldn't put it on the legs - it's so heavy. I was thinking about asking neighbours to come and help, but when we took off the lid, we could finally lift it (2 women and one men:), and then of course we had to put the inside pen and the lid back on. We already used it several times, and I expected to have a problem with rapid temperature elevation as many people described in their videos, but we never had this problem, the temperature is mostly in the range 200-300 and easy to control. Although perhaps we just didn't put a lot of coils in as we only made small batches. I had to buy a coil basket and just received a smoking stone - haven't tried it yet though, have a hope to make homemade smoked sausages. Overall it takes some learning and practice, but the basic usage is quite simple. And it impresses me even more when I see almost same models for more than a thousand dollars, not sure how better they are, never used one, but sure am very glad with mine:)
