The grill impressed from the first sight, it came in a huge box very thoroughly packed, the lid was already on, but we had to unscrew the lid, because otherwise we couldn't put it on the legs - it's so heavy. I was thinking about asking neighbours to come and help, but when we took off the lid, we could finally lift it (2 women and one men:), and then of course we had to put the inside pen and the lid back on. We already used it several times, and I expected to have a problem with rapid temperature elevation as many people described in their videos, but we never had this problem, the temperature is mostly in the range 200-300 and easy to control. Although perhaps we just didn't put a lot of coils in as we only made small batches. I had to buy a coil basket and just received a smoking stone - haven't tried it yet though, have a hope to make homemade smoked sausages. Overall it takes some learning and practice, but the basic usage is quite simple. And it impresses me even more when I see almost same models for more than a thousand dollars, not sure how better they are, never used one, but sure am very glad with mine:)

This is a great kamado grill! It was easy to put together & fun to use. This grill came with everything you need to cook.

Ive had mine for 10 years and never gave been disappointed. Brisket, chicken, pork shoulder, jap poppers...no matter what it always turns out great. .

This smoker/grill far exceeds my expectations. I did research ceramic grills before making my purchase, I checked out a few and for the features, quality, size, grill space and pricing point this grill ticked off everything I was looking for. It’s bigger than I expected but in a really good way! I take great care of the things I own, I have a few grills that are still in great shape after 10-25 years. This grill will probably out live me.

I got it on sale under 500 dollars with tax and free shipping. The name brands are basically the same except cost 2-3 times as much. You can't match the price anywhere.
