After finding this high protein drink, I have been feeling great. I get all of my nutrients in, and the drink actually tastes good, I am not chugging down something I do not like.

It taste more like a milk shake to me. I drank it in the morning to give me an extra boost before getting my day started and I have to say it worked. I was very impressed with the quality of this shake.

Never felt better!! My psoriasis which I have had all my life has vertically cleared up and my finger nails are stronger and no longer brittle. So happy with this product. I usually have 1 for breakfast and lunch. Thank you!!!! P.s. I only wished it was packaged in larger quantities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of Boost Complete Nutritional Drink.I tried the Rich Chocolate flavor,which has a great taste.Easy to use shake,no mixing or blending.I just chilled the bottle and shake.Has 20 grams of protein,but 15 grams of sugar.Way to much sugar to start my day.

The Very Vanilla flavor boasts 20g of Protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past the taste. It was such an odd flavor that I don’t even know how to describe it. I also wasn’t impressed that it contained 11 grams of added sugars along with stevia, which always has a weird aftertaste to me. I’d rather take a multivitamin and eat a protein bar/shake than drink this again.

The packaging says it’s high protein, (20g) and pack with 27 vitamins & minerals! BOOST arrived at the perfect time because I’ve been burning the candle on both ends and not eating properly. BOOST has a “healthy” aroma. Kinda like baby formula but for adults. ☺️ Very Vanilla actually tastes good. Felt like it gave me a little milk mustache but it’s not a thick formula. Make sure you refrigerate and shake well before drinking. I received 3 8 ounce bottles so I tested BOOST for 3 days. I did feel more alert. I have also purchased the chocolate flavor. It’s a bit pricey but worth having with better ingredients than the average energy drink.

My grand daughter came over and wanted to taste it, she's 9. She loved it, kids are picky and this is saying something for any product. Boost has other flavors that I will eventually get to try Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. This drink is packed with 20 grams of protein and 27 Vitamins and minerals. There are no artificial colors or sweeteners in this drink which is even better. Not only can you just drink this right out of the bottle you can use it in recipes from yummy drinks, desserts and more.
