Wife and I were mattress shopping and overwhelmed by the caspers, purple, avocado, zinus (yes these are mattress companies!) we were lucky enough to have a local mattress store that we could try the mattresses in person! We immediately fell in love. I have bad back and shoulder pain and this mattress has really helped a ton. I no longer find myself tossing and turning in the middle of the night. My wife had also noticed the same and really loves the mattress. We both look forward to going to bed now! Too hard to explain in detail but trust me it's worth it!

I bought a king-size version of this mattress four years ago and loved it. Because my guest room had a queen-size mattress in it and most of my guests were couples, I felt compelled to move the king mattress to the guest room. That resulted in me moving the queen mattress from my guest room into my bedroom. It was not a Tempur-Pedic mattress but, although it was like new , it didn't measure up to the comfort of the king mattress that I had sacrificed for the comfort of my overnight guests. Tempur-Pedic mattresses aren't inexpensive, so I waited a long time to treat myself to the much-nicer mattress for myself. My whole body feels better after sleeping on the new mattress and I just ordered pillows to complete the experience. The mattress is very heavy, which gives me a workout when I change the sheets, but I knew that before I bought the second bed and was willing to work a little harder in order to experience the greater comfort.

I had a 22 year old Tempur pedic mattress and for about a year I was waking up with a back ache. It goes away after I start moving around. I thought I should get a new mattress. It is a very hard decision to make when you pick out a mattress. I'm still not convinced that I have made the right choice and I still don't know if I should return it. I still wake up with pain, but it's not as bad. I have no pain while I sleep and no pain during the day after the pain goes away in the morning.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. I look forward to getting off work every night now. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Pro adapt bed! Back ache is nearly gone, my husband's snoring is minimal with just a push of a button. What more could I ask for? Nothing beats a good night's sleep. So much that I bought another one (temper-cloud that comes rolled up) for our cabin in the mountains. A splurge? Yes but comfort is worth it! Only downside to new one; a tad bit too firm. Now I need a 1" topper but can only find a 3" which is too squishy for me.

It is much more comfortable than the hybrid and coil mattresses I have had in the past so far. We also purchased the adjustable base which I highly recommend. Does help with snoring and helps relieve pressure on back and neck.

Our original tempurpedic lasted 15 years before getting worn. We bought another brand foam mattress at a lower cost. Started having backaches and sciatic nerve issues. After 88 nights returned it and got our new Tempurpedic. Instant relief and felt like our original tempur when it was new. Will never own anything else. These firm mattresses are wonderful.

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.

First few months it was great, but it's aged even more poorly than your average mattress and we seriously regret spending up for what we thought would be a quality product made to last. We did not buy the matching foundation, but our wood slats are well within the provided guidelines. Submitted a warranty claim, and until sag is bad enough you can see a full inch of sag without someone physically on the mattress they will not replace. Go with a cheaper option, you're not buying the product you think here.
