[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the ProAdapt Soft and tried it for more than the recommended 30 day break-in period. The bed is very well made and you can tell it is quality the first time you lay down. We went with the soft option but it wasn't as soft as we were expecting. Our expectation is that it would be similar to a pillow top but form more to your body which wasn't the case. We opted for the return/refund which was a painless transaction. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Even though this didn't work out for my wife and I it doesn't take anything away from this great company and product. I can see now why so many people give 5 star reviews. Thank you for the great experience.

So happy we finally caved and dropped the cash on this bed. It was more then what we wanted to pay for the bed but we are so happy with it. Was a little concerned at first that it was going to stay hard but it soften up after a few nights. We love having a larger size and I never feel my partner move at night.

I knew I wanted a bed that could accommodate all sleeping positions, but be on the softer side. I think this is a perfect choice for people that fall under the same sleep category as me. Pros : Very comfortable, good edge support, great white glove delivery, classic memory foam sinking feel, but easier mobility and bounce due to the hybrid springs. Cons : You never want to leave your bed, probably a bit pricey, my mattress had a pretty strong off gassing oder that lasted for about 2 days. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have been getting good solid sleep. My only regret is not spending the extra money for the lux adapt to get that extra softness I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new TEMPUR-ProAdapt® just as my wife was coming home for the hospital to recover from a broken pelvis. The bed not only provided the perfect slant for comfort, it also has a massage element. Needless to say, this mattress was notches above any in the hospital. If it were possible I would strongly urge hospitals and nursing homes to replace their beds with TEMPUR-ProAdapt®. I am recommending them to all my friends.

I recently upgraded to the Tempur-ProAdapt Mattress. It is what I expected, superb craftsmanship and quality. The proper mattress is one of the most important things we can do for our health. As a physician, I can appreciate how difficult it can be to stay healthy. Lack of proper sleep equipment is not something I have to worry about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 10" Tempur-Pedic mattress from 2004 for our queen bed, but when we upgraded to a king, I don't know what we were thinking. We bought something else. As soon as it was delivered, I think we instantly regretted it, but we lived with it for a decade. Crappy sleep finally caught up with us and we could tolerate it no longer. After a brief call with the customer service department to ensure we got the EXACT SAME MATTRESS as we had before, we ended up with the ProAdapt. First night, I got 4 hours of deep sleep according to my watch. I literally passed out on it. I've been sleeping like a dream ever since. We love this mattress and with their return policy, if it's not for you, you can return it.

Being in the same room as it... impossible not to be drawn to it and lay down in the bliss of tempur-comfort! Combined with the Ease Base and watch out, you'll never want to be anywhere but bed again. Five stars!

I had a very bad back due to work injury. One day while out shopping it got really bad . Just happened to be near mattress section at a store. The employee suggested I sit down . I saw a Tempur Pedic mattress and actually laid down - almost instantly I was in relief. Swore to myself I'd be getting one of these mattresses . Yes the price tag is very steep. But with sales timing and the benefits it can be worth it. This mattress displaces your body weight and relieves pressure. You almost feel new again when you rise. I have a fused spine 6 screws 2 rods. Nerve damage to right leg. I swear by this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this mattress because it was 'firm' and it is firm in the middle when i'm on it. however, the edges are not firm, and since i sit on the edge to get into my wheelchair, that's a problem. And i lean on it when i get into the bed, which makes the mattress move; that's not so bad because i can fix it easily when i'm off it. if a person with some disability is considering getting it, be sure to check the height; none of the 3" increments made it work for me, so my daughter got some things from the hardware and added them to two of the 3" leg parts, and now it's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Tempurpedic (TEMPUR-PROADAPT FIRM) and it is wonderful. We ordered the firm and it is really firm. It "gives"just enough to support your body in all the right places. I tend to sleep hot and so far no issues with waking up sweating. We have had hybrid mattresses from other online companies and not nearly the support and I would get sooo hot on those. I can sit in this one going through my computer for 1-2 hours before laying down to sleep and there is no collapse of the mattress where I was sitting. It is great!
