I purchased a bed from temper pedic about 2 years ago.Because my wife was having back surgery. It has been the most expensive and uncomfortable bed I have ever purchased. I get more comfort from a bed In a box. Do not waste your money on a temper pedic, mattress or bed frame. I contacted them about my warranty they were no help. I feel that I got a defect mattress because I am well past the breaking in period. If I could have gave zero stars I would have.

Cannot wait to go to bed each night with our new King Pro-Adapt Firm Mattress. We have been through at least 10 different mattresses over the last 15 years or so and I was always afraid to pull the trigger and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Finally did and kick myself for not doing it sooner. This is the best feeling mattress ever. I will never go back to an inner spring nor could I ever see myself sleeping on a "Bed-In-A-Box" mattress. I sleep better, more soundly. I don't find myself getting hot with this mattress as some people have complained about. Tem[ur-Pedic may not be for everyone, but I, myself am glad I took the plunge. Oh, and my husband loves it too.

This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress (I'm 70). I absolutely love the support these mattresses offer. Some think you "sink in" too far, but not me. You "sink" to a degree, and then it stops, and you are supported, and then you rest. For my form, I am supported in the places that I need to be supported, and I love it!

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.

We have had a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 20 years in the Master Bedroom and loved it. In fact liked it so much we got one for the MotorHome 15 years ago. It was time to get a new mattress as we had pushed the first one to the limit and it was still performing fairly well. But the new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm is wonderful! Nice night sleeping and feel refreshed on awakening. Even with Twin XL mattresses on the king base, they stay where they belong and do not walk or part. One thing I do not like is at our age it is a heavy mattress for us to lift to change the bedding but we are handling it.

I love my Tempur Pedic mattress. Despite the fact that its a sauna, my good I'm sweating all the night. I'm buying cooling pads to see if i can refresh myself. Saying that, i think its the best mattress i ever own my back has gone from imposible pain to no pain at all. For this reason i will definitely recommend this mattress.

We were both suffering pain in neck, shoulder and hips prior to purchasing the ProAdapt medium hybrid. Granted our very expensive name brand pillow top was 12 years old, we both ceased having pain from day one. Combined with the Ergo frame, subtle adjustments to head and feet positions have given us the best nights sleep we have had in years. Both the mattress and frame are very high quality. We absolutely love our new bed and expect years of comfort.

I did not intend to buy a foam mattress. In fact I was against it because of my experience years ago. I'm still not sure why I purchased a Tempur-pedic, but I am glad I did. I was ready to send it back after a few nights because it sleeps totally different from a regular mattress. But I decided to give it a fair shot and wow! I am sleeping all through the night with no pressure point pain in the mornings. I am getting a good, restful nights sleep and waking up feeling good again. No back aches, neck aches, hip aches. I wouldn't have believed it.. but I do now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: Very comfortable yet supportive. Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.

I would give this 5 stars for comfort but am disappointed at how hot it gets in the summer. Of course I am offered an upgrade to the cool breeze if I want to spend another $1000. Disappointing that for as much as this mattress was that it sleeps so hot. Can not beat the comfort though, and since I live in a cooler climate the bed is perfect for half the year. My back pain has disappeared.
