This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Is ok. Not nearly as soft as my last mattress. Sides have no rigidity - can't sit on or sleep near the edge, for fear of falling right off. Also it is quite hot compared to other mattresses. Never before have I woke up sweating. For reference, we are using the same sheets, quilt, pillows, and room conditions.

While shopping for a new mattress my wife, whom I let guide the tour, settled on this mattress. My first thoughts were that her intent were to first torture and slowly kill me. This mattress is firm ! As I laid upon the "Rock" for the first night I discovered this felt great. The support, comfort and yes the firmness combined to provide what I had been missing all these years. I know longer had to climb out of a hole to change positions and I did not wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty from body heat. Now, did my wife ever say "I told you so" -- Yup she sure has !!! Love her and the mattress.

The mattress is comfortably soft but firm. The only reason I rated it as less than 5 stars is that it was almost impossible for us to find and copy the serial number so register we could register it. I am 78 years old and had to lift three different corners of the mattress to find the correct label while my wife stuck her head under the mattress and wrote it down. This was very stressful both physically and mentally.

in my simple opinion, the bed is fine I don't know if the bed I chose is very hard but since I bought the bed I haven't been able to sleep a whole night what I sleep is like four or five hours as I said before maybe I chose the very firm bed I thought that by buying this bed I would rest more but it is not like that always when I get up in the morning I get up with back pain I will try to see if I can exchange and then update this review

This is an amazing bed, both for the firmness and size. We purchased a King Firm and will never look back. We wanted to get this 5 years ago when my wife began experiencing severe lower back pain due to arthritis in the disc joints. However, we postponed and attempted numerous other 'back expert' options. After about 3 weeks the difference is night and day, and although she was not healed completely, her attitude towards the future is bright like I have not seen in ages. We're so grateful for this product, if you are on the fence, I recommend you go for it today!

My husband bought this mattress and had it delivered to our house when I was not home. It replaced a Sleep Number model that we had had for almost 20 years which you hauled away. Gone-zo. This Tempur-ProAdapt Firm is so hard that I can no longer sleep with my husband. I now sleep in the guest bedroom on a mattress we bought about 40 years ago, topped with 4 inches of memory foam. Yes, it has obviously changed my life.

I really like this mattress. It is very comfortable, and I no longer have back pain when waking up in the morning and my arm doesn't wake me up at night because it went numb. This is the most expensive mattress I've ever purchased but it is also the most comfortable and for that reason, I would purchase another one.

I love my Tempur Pedic mattress. Despite the fact that its a sauna, my good I'm sweating all the night. I'm buying cooling pads to see if i can refresh myself. Saying that, i think its the best mattress i ever own my back has gone from imposible pain to no pain at all. For this reason i will definitely recommend this mattress.

Ever since we receive the New Mattress we inmediately noticed that we were able to rest better, even our Heart Rate became Slower at night because of the relaxing feeling it provides during our sleep. Your movements are isolated, therefore my Wife rest better and she does not become awake when I leave the Bed.
