I've been sleeping in my Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid for about 5 weeks now, and I'm still getting used to it. It's comfortable for the most part, but sometimes I feel it's too firm. I love the fact that it's quiet and motionless, so it doesn't disturb my partner. I'm hoping that with time it'll be softer or more responsive, I don't know. It's a great quality mattress, and I'm overall satisfied.

However, I wish it had been designed with the bed frame in mind. We had a bit of a struggle getting it set up and making it work well with the king-size frame I bought separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Tempurpedic (TEMPUR-PROADAPT FIRM) and it is wonderful. We ordered the firm and it is really firm. It "gives"just enough to support your body in all the right places. I tend to sleep hot and so far no issues with waking up sweating. We have had hybrid mattresses from other online companies and not nearly the support and I would get sooo hot on those. I can sit in this one going through my computer for 1-2 hours before laying down to sleep and there is no collapse of the mattress where I was sitting. It is great!

Got this mattress to replace my 112 year old Tempur-Pedic, it was a great choice, at first it felt a little hard, but now after almost two months of sleeping on it I would have it no other way.. I sleep sound and through the night... I could go on and on but lets leave it at this.... if your looking to by a new mattress or just up grading get a Tempur-Pedic your won't be sorry...

Unfortunately, tempurpedic does not value customer loyalty or honor their own warranty as my recent warranty request was summarily dismissed without a call or any other outreach than a cold email denying my request to address a failed 6 year old deformed tempurpedic mattress. I choose to do business with firms that honor their warranties and will not be purchasing another product from this company.

It was time to purchase a new mattress as our original TempurPedic was 10 years old. There was no question we were going to purchase another TempurPedic, so I visited the TempurPedic website and it took minutes to choose our new mattress. Top notch customer service. Our new mattress is absolutely perfect in every way. There was no "break in" period; we had an awesome night's sleep on the very first night. We are TempurPedic customers for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to a retail store to figure out what type of bed we would like and kept coming back to the Pro-Adapt: Medium Hybrid, after trying several other options. The in store bed was obviously broke in and quite comfortable. The retailer was going to charge quite a bit more for the bed so we ordered our mattress online from Tempurpedic.com. The shipping speed was fairly fast. However the bed was not quite like the in store bed which is normal. There is a break in period for new mattresses and we are 60 days in and it still doesn't quite feel like the in store one. We are going to keep trying it for the recommended time to see if the mattress feel improves. I will say my wife and I are sleeping fine though, we just thought the break in period wouldn't take this long.

Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the firm mattress. I have enjoyed it's firmness and how the memory foam conforms to your body without sacrificing any of the firmness. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress is shorter in length than my previous mattress. My bed is also sitting lower but I plan to get risers to bring it up about 3in.

Replaced our 20 year King TempurPedic which we loved with the Split King adjustable because it was time for us to make the change. Hated to give up our older mattress but the newer firm split king adjustable is every bit as comfortable. The ability to alter the beds separately is a real benefit as we age. Even more comfortable than our original TempurPedic King
