I defiantly know this because we were given a tempurpedic. firm mattress by accident and it was a terrible fit for us. When we got our hybrid it was amazing to sleep on. Also love the fact I can't feel when my 2 large dogs jump into bed or feel my husband toss n turn! Definitely a smart purchase.

My husband and I waited ten years to purchase a good mattress (we were so confused by the number of choices and the prices). We went to a local furniture/appliance store in Greenville, SC and the sales person was so knowledgeable that we knew instantly what would work. Although it is firm, there are times when we are deep in sleep and don't want to leave the bed at our alarm. There are mornings when I have the feeling that I've been in the most amazing cocoon, and the best part is my back doesn't hurt in the morning either (unlike our old mattress). Thank you Temperpedic for making this mattress. Even our parents visiting during Thanksgiving asked us what in the world they were sleeping on the next morning--they'd never had such comfortable sleep. I bragged about this bed to them and hope they'll get one too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until recently,(after our bed arrived) I didn't know what a good nights sleep was. I would toss and turn all night and wake up tired and sore. I wake with so much energy and my husband even stated I'm not cranky in the mornings anymore. My husband flops when he sleeps and it would wake me through out the night...now all I can say is flop on honey flop on! Now my only complaint IF I really wanted to have one is that it sleeps warm so we do not need the heavier blankets.

The ease 2.0 base is remarkably stable and easy to set up and use. Tip: If getting the base, make sure you get the in home set up or have multiple people to help because it's extremely heavy.

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. I am just in the market for a Mattress and I visited the Englishtown NJ Store and what clean and beautiful displays with pillow covers given to each person for sanitary reason when trying mattresses so you can lay your head on a pillow and not worry about the last person. I would not want to go to another mattress store again otjer than Tempurpedic.

At the beginning I was a little skeptical because of how firm it is, but now I can say that this is the best mattress I have ever tried. No more lower back pain in the mornings. 100% recommended!

The first month of sleeping on our ProAdapt soft has been amazing. My back doesn't hurt anymore and the softness has been almost surprising. We made the right choice.
