I was told by the sales associate that I wouldn't like it for the first week and at least until it was broken in like the one on display which was around 6 months old. I have to be extremely honest with you, from that very first night I slept on it, was the best night of sleeping. I have noticed an improvement in my posture and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. Quality is outstanding. I can't find anything wrong with it at all.

With my firm mattress, I don't get the effect of sinking into my mattress, but still get the pressure relief and conforming to my body. So a couple of things to keep in mind, the mattress takes a while to break in and can sleep warmer than other mattresses. With this in mind, choose appropriate bedding, my wife, and I use cooling sheets and blankets as anyone might in the summertime. After the bed breaks in, it does hug your curves and supports you completely. I have had ours now for two months and feel amazing benefits, no back or neck pain, worth the investment. We have tried other companies that ship in a box, and this is just superior quality and manufacturing. One thing I would like to note is they do have the top cooling layer to their bed with the tight-knit material, but you don't notice when sheets are on, unless you sleep directly on, which I know most would not do as it may void a warranty from stains. I wish Tempurpedic would offer the same quality of knitting for the bed as a sheet or blanket set. Pro is the comfort you will obtain, its truly unlike any other bed and it shows how they made memory foam their own. A con, it's relatively expensive, but its made in the USA and they employ US workers, this means a lot to my family. I suggest this bed for anyone with back pain or special conditions. Perhaps another suggestion I could make is most other companies will offer a full money back warranty with no restocking fees and an extended trial period, Tempurpedic is more conservative compared to others, but, they most likely incur more costs than the others do. Excellent mattress, try it out at a store first before buying, as there are many models. Its all about the right feel for you and your body type/preferences. Great bed, sleeping well! We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

The registration requires the serial number. The serial number is not on the bed in any place that is convenient to access. I basically had to disassemble the product rendering the money I paid for delivery and assembly moot. I still don't see it where the chat bot says it should be. Terrible experience so far.

This is hands down the most incredible mattress I've ever slept on. It's fantastic for both side sleepers and back sleepers. The mattress is firm/supportive for your spine, however, the memory foam ensures that the surface is soft. It's definitely worth the price!

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

This bed is made beautifully - I love everything about it... EXCEPT it is way too firm for what I thought a medium bed should be. My husband likes a firm mattress, I like them softer, so we thought a medium hybrid would be perfect. He is a big man (over 6'4 about 300 lbs.) and I'm half that. What I love is that I don't feel him move throughout the night, or getting up. I don't roll into the center and into him due to the difference in our weight. What I don't like is that I feel like I'm sleeping on the floor. I have tried this bed for 8 weeks now, and it hasn't gotten better. I wake with a back ache (between my shoulder blades) and I'm so disappointed my body won't adjust. I will be returning it for a softer feeling mattress and hopefully, my husband will adjust because he just loves it the way it is....

My husband refused to get a new bed for over 5 yrs - FINALLY convinced him to get one & he has never slept better. His back is no longer bothering him like it use to & his sleep apnea is not nearly as bad! This is the second Tempur-pedic bed I have owned & as another reviewer stated, they only get better with time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very satisfied with this model. We had a Tempur-pedic Cloud for over 10 years, but thought we'd try the Medium Hybrid. Our original was still under warranty, so we upgraded to this model. We are so satisfied!! My husband's back/neck are not bothering him anymore. We get a full night's comfortable, cool sleep. We have recommended this mattress to our family and friends. We are also impressed with the delivery company!
