I like that they have chickory in them. They do a good job keeping you regular and I didn’t notice any bloating and no digestive issues while acclimating to using them.

I tried starting with 2 a day, but I went to one a day because I was getting stomach aches, probably unrelated to the gummies, but wasn’t sure. I don’t really notice a difference in my bm’s, but at least I know I’m getting more fiber in my diet. I will go back to two a day once my body gets used to them. They do taste great, so it will be easier for me to remember to take them on a regular basis, which is a plus because I can’t seem to take pills regularly.

I started off with one gummy the first day and increased to two, That's what seems to have worked just right for me. They taste great! They're made with natural orange flavor, are very easy to chew and don' get stuck to my teeth. They're for use for ages twelve and up.
