[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle to get enough fiber in my diet and I'm not the biggest fan of taking anything in pill form so now that gummy vitamins and supplements are a thing, I am all for it!! I love orange flavored anything and everything so that makes me even more motivated to take these gummies everyday. The serving size is 3 gummies but you can take 1-3 so I take 2. I figured since there are 72 gummies in the bottle, this will give me an even amount until they're all gone. The taste is good and the flavor is not overpowering. I also like the texture because they aren't too hard to chew. There is 5 grams of fiber per serving and since these are fiber gummies, I had thought there would be more since this would only be around 18% of your daily value. I guess some is better than none but you can do up to 3 servings if you choose, unless I read that wrong. I also haven't had any issues with bowel movements but I also do drink lots of water. Overall, I do like them and would recommend them!!

I snatched up these gummies and they're working perfect. I'm not having to run to the bathroom all the time. I have groceries delivered and pick up groceries curbside occasionally; I don't always have access to fresh fruits and veggies. These gummies are perfect! They taste amazing, and have the texture of candy gumdrops. You can take up to three. I was a bit nervous after using the powder, so I take two. I've definitely noticed less bloating and more regularity. I love this product, and plan on continuing to take them until I can obtain more fiber from fresh produce into my diet, possibly longer.
