I really like that this omega-3 is triple strength, and it seems to be of good quality. The capsules don’t smell super fishy like my krill oil, which is great. The only downside is that the capsule are HUGE. I think these are the biggest pills I’ve ever swallowed lol. So for those who have trouble swallowing pills, these might be a struggle. Overall I think this is a great quality product!

It’s similar to others I’ve taken over the years. The only downside that I see is that the capsule is large, so unless you regularly take pills, it may be too much. The gelatin capsule helps but it was my only real issue.
