We’ve been taking this supplement for years and find it to be a good quality Omega-3.

What measurables do you want from a fish oil supplement? As swallowable as most other tablets of this size; no fishy after-burps noticed. I guess that's what I was looking for.

Extensive research led me to try fish oil for help with medical issues. This softgel has the dose I want in just one softgel. Most others require multiple pills per day. Also, these carry the USP seal so there's assurance of third party testing which makes me more confident in a quality supplement.

This has kept my cholesterol in check for over 10 years. I recently had another cholesterol check and my doctor said it was better than hers. I had a heart scan and had a perfect score! I take two a day, have my husband and father in law on it. I believe it's a lifesaver.

Burpless! I can tell if I've missed taken these for just 2 days! So I rarely miss them! The DHA works for brain functions. The EPA works for joints & agility. Of course the Omega' for your heart. I wish they would add More DHA closer to the equivalent other brands make you take 2 tablets for. We n3ed all the good brain functions we can get😁

My rheumatologist suggested trying triple strength omega 3 in addition to my arthritis meds. In addition these supplements help with heart health. They do not have an aftertaste which is good. The capsules are very large so be sure to take with a lot of water. As always, check with your doctor before adding supplements to your diet.

For those concerned and bother to research the product : The "Alaskan wild-caught" label refers strictly to the source of the fish oil itself (typically Wild Alaskan Walleye Pollock), while the tilapia is used exclusively to make the fish gelatin for the outer softgel capsule shell. Been taking this for years. Disappointed that the vitamin D was removed and that the bottle size was reduced by 50 capsules.

Wild Alaskan big and bold on the front of the label but in the in the ingredients listed on back is tilapia which no way comes from Alaska. I didn’t have a problem with this product as much as being led to believe it was something that it wasn’t

These were great with the mint aftertaste but they changed it to lemon & it makes me feel ill like I’m eating house cleaner. Hope it gets changed back!
