So far, so good after 5.5 hours of breaking it in at no more than 50% load. Like all generators they smell, so I bought a 75 foot 10 gauge extension cord with 3 outlet plug-on cord, so that keeps the generator far away.

Good product for the price. Have only run briefly so far. Easy to start and quiet. Only downside, is the side cover must be removed to check engine oil.

Bought this to use on camping trips. I'm impressed with everything about the generator. It's got enough power to do anything we want. It's lite weight and very quiet. On eco mode it gets even quieter.

Starts quick but doesn't carry a load well. This unit is not light in weight and doesn't carry a load well. This unit is not for the extreme outdoorsman.

This is used as a power source in the bed of my farm pick up with various electrical tools. I will use it to power a small chain saw to trim limbs, provide light, and use a small winch.

I bought this on 10/7/21 to replace a much louder coleman generator that was heavy as hell. I followed the initial operating instructions by adding oil and fuel, turned on the gas cap vent and waited for the fuel to reach the carb...after a couple of minutes, I turned the switch to choke and pulled the rip cord slowly until I felt resistance...gave one good tug at that point and it fired right up. All you need to do is follow the instructions on starting it. There is a lot of negative reviews for this generator because people are to stoopid to follow the instructions! Great unit!

It runs great for the first 30 minutes. Then it loads up (smoky exhaust, runs rough, wants to die). If it dies, it loads fuel and will not restart. Must wait 24 hours before it can be restarted. I am currently trying to resolve the issue with Customer Service.

I can't speak to the longevity of the generator, since it was only delivered today, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. It came with slightly more than enough 10W-30 oil for the initial break-in period, so I just had to supply gas and I was good to go. It's quiet, definitely louder than my dishwasher, but not by much. It would be easy to have a conversation with someone even with this running in between. I'm planning on having it on hand in case the power goes out and I need something to keep the freezer cold, but it's also portable enough in case I wanted to use it camping.
