I got this little guy for power outages to help with sump pumps and other needed electrical items that are critical during a power outage. This will also make a great edition to have for outdoor gatherings where power may not be easily accessible due to its great portability. The generator was securely packaged and the directions are clear easy to use. I can't wait to put this thing to use.

Only owned for a short time but it was exactly what I was looking for. I needed portability over 7500 watts (don't need to power my house with it but just a few things). Easy to setup, easy to use, and while not "light" it is light enough to pick up and move around with one person

Did I get bad luck? I bought it in May but hadn't got time to open the box until the tropical storm Laura came in this week. Called the company support line during the power outage and they told us to register the product first then could guide us to technical support. I wish I could have a return and exchange to Samsclub but was told this could only be done in 30 days after the purchase. It was my fault not testing it earlier, but I just can't believe a brand new generator couldn't work after my husband followed every instruction in the manual correctly to set it up. It started with the normal noise but couldn't generate any electricity. There should be lights on after started but we got none. So be careful and take my lessons learned! Do test this generator as soon as you open the box! Sent it to the repair store finally and we are still waiting for the updates from the repair person. God knows how urgent we needed a generator during a power outage for two days in the hot summer but this brand new one just couldn't work!

Bought 2 of these about a year ago, start up on first or second pull every time I need it. I run ethanol free gas in it to ensure the carb doesn't gum up. Runs smooth, I run random power tools off it but don't push it too hard. Never had any issues so far.

I received this igen 2200 camo generator and it is great. I added the oil provided and put 88 octane alcohol free gas in it. I was amazed at how quiet and smooth running it is. The price is great and Westinghouse has been around a long time. It is not a hard decision to go with these generators. Thanks Westinghouse .

Output, size and cost made purchasing this unit a "no brainer". I could have paid twice as much and got less than this beauty delivers. I am a compulsive "researcher" and compared all of the top units (of which this was one) down to the recommended replacement spark plug-yes, it does matter. It is parallel capable which allows getting even more power. Two of these cost less than one of the other "top" brands even figuring in the cost of the parallel cord and such. Three-year warranty. What's not to be absolutely happy about?

Just received this today. Filled it with included oil, added fuel, turned to choke and it cranked on the third pull. VERY quiet running, especially with no load. Still not what I consider loud at 3/4 load. This generator will be excellent for running the refridgerator or freezer when without power. Hope I never have to use it.

I was really excited to get this unit in time for hurricane season. After being without power from Irma, I decided to take action and thought this unit would be perfect. The unit arrived timely and undamaged. The best part is it's portability, I can move the unit around easily and it doesn't take up a lot of space like a bigger generator would. Here's where it went downhill though....... I added the oil and fuel; followed all instructions as directed and unit would not start on multiple pull attempts. After several minutes I pause and look down and see the ground a little 'wet'. I bent down and smelt gas...yikes. Without a doubt, gas was leaking out from somewhere under the unit. I pulled off the engine cover to inspect the fuel line and saw that the drain screw was not tightened. Not cool. I can only guess after someone tested the unit, the individual never tightened the screw again. Either that or I bought myself an open boxed/returned item that was never inspected. Either way, I had a definite safety issue to deal with this morning. I tightened the screw, and cleaned up the gas gave it a couple of pulls and it started right up and works like a charm. I think Westinghouse should just check in with their quality control about this since the manual doesn't mention the customer should check this screw before starting.

Ok folks with the fear of blackouts concerning PG&E you want to get a portable generator. Picked up the IGen2200 to keep my fridge running and some lighting. It was easy to set up and Wow! Is it quiet so with that being said Get Obe! You won't regret it.

I received it a couple of days ago. It was packaged well, box was not damaged and generator appears to be undamaged. I gave it 5 stars just on it's appearance. It looks cool and should work well for backup power during our storm and hurricane season.
