been very touchy after initial use and now won't start at all had one other the exact same runs just fine years later but one that completely won't run

Bought this to back up freezer and fridge during extended power outages which happen often here. Tests prove it works well to keep both running. Pleased.

Worked great first time then tried to start and the pull cord will not work. Called Westinghouse and they are replacing Recoil. Not sure when it will arrive.

quality plastics and metal components used throughout. Very well laid out controls and indicators. I was hesitant about purchasing an "Asian Made" invertor until it was pointed out to me that even Honda and yamaha's are built in the same areas.

Unfortunately this item may have come defective from the factory. I tried it and it turned on for about 5 seconds then it began to surge and then the overload button came on and it did not turn on again.

It runs fine and it isn't too noisy but it takes lots of pulls to start. I have an outboard motor on a dinghy that takes some pulls so I am used to it but this can exhaust you trying to start it.

I bought this generator to power a pump that would not work with my regular non-inverter generator and it works great, as an added bonus this is a lot lighter than my other generator and is much easier to lug around!

I bought this generator and am so far pleased with it. Not having a gas gauge makes overfilling a problem and having to unscrew and take the panel off to check the oil is hassle. But overall it runs quiet and is a nice generator.

I love this thing so much I bought 3 more! Filled the oil, added gas and on the 3rd pull it was purring. Did a break in period of 5 hours and changed the oil. Powered refrigerator, couple fans and also some small electronics via the USB port!

Starts very smoothly, provides an excellent amount of power even though it is not too big or heavy. We will probably buy a 2nd iGen220 to connect. Highly recommend!
