I struggled with My first test and the service team was quick efficient and friendly. They immediately sent out a new set of materials and recommendations on how to make it easier for me. The materials were shipped quickly, instructions clear, and test results were back within a few days. It gave me super valuable information about what I am sensitive to and not. I found some pretty shocking results for myself and plan on the elimination diet!

It was quick and easy to get results from this test, but it's by no means conclusive. It only gives you a good starting point for digging deeper into your health. My results said I was highly reactive to foods which have never caused me noticeable issues, but only an elimination diet and time will tell.

This product was easy to use, and did identify food issues I was not aware of. After completing the test, I knew I had to consult with an allergist as it only added to the list of things I can't eat. If you have multiple issues with different foods (gluten, milk, eggs, etc.) this may help. I will take this with me to my appointment to address what I'm reacting to in food.

The price was definitely right and I have had a test like this in the past through a doctors office that yielded the same results which made me think Everlywell is pretty accurate. I appreciated being able to take the test from home and receive the results online that were easy to interpret along with the doctors copy to give to my doctor if I wanted to.

I wanted to do this test to find out which food items that I should stay away from. I believe that food can be a medicine or a toxin, and that each body absorbs and metabolizes food in different ways. The information I received from this test gave me confidence and being able to understand the foods that my body has difficulties with. I am appreciative that my sample was quickly processed and the information was provided to me with one 48 hrs of receipt of my sample. Amazing!

The test came in a neat box with clear instructions as well as videos online with additional help. Simply prick your finger and fill the dots with blood and mail it out in the package they send with the test. It only took a few days to get to the lab. Literally the next day my results were in and i was completely shocked. My entire life i have drank cow's milk like its the cure to all disease. Nearly a gallon of it per day. Any time my stomach hurt (which was all the time) i would drink milk because it seemed to help soothe my stomach. The very top item in my results that caused me issues was...COWS MILK. Since then i have cut it out completely and after only a week or so i am legitimately pain free in my gut for the first time in my entire life. Thank you Everlywell. Seriously.

My nurse practitioner recommended this kit to discover underlying causes of inflammation. The directions were very easy to follow. Once I sent in my sample, it took about a week for my results to come back. My results were well explained and easy to understand and I am excited and hopeful to start feeling better after eliminating foods I now know my body is sensitive to. 5 stars!
