Wanted to know food sensitivities; enlightened me to new ones

The result came and discovery I was sensitive to food that I wouldn't imagine before

I was happy to know i had no severe sensitivities, and where the mild reactions measured up!

Instructions say to drink 1 glass of water before. You may want to make that 2 glasses of water

It will probably help to limit eating certain foods

It's super reassuring finding your results and finding answers.

It was interesting to see the food that I was sensitive to.
