Super easy, send it off and got my results quickly

This was an easy test and I got the results FAST 10 out of 10

The only thing I struggle with was the poking thing. They sent 3 with 3rd being the charm,

I don't like giving blood was the only reason for 7 lol

Very few things that are of concern. Won't change any of my eating habits.
