Great insight to fine tuning your diet

The product may be fine, but when you get notified that they got the sample, and then approx. 4 hrs later you have the results there 8s something wrong. For the amount 9f testing they supposedly do, 8 don't truth the results, and wish I had not wasted my blood or money.

I have experienced digestive issues for as long as I can remember. I kept of journal of food that made me feel sick, and eliminated everything that I suspected I was intolerant to. But, I was still experiencing symptoms. I went to the allergist; they found no food allergies. I went to a gastroenterologist. She told me that she couldn't find anything wrong, and gave me a list of food to eliminate from my diet.I have eliminated food that I suspect I am intolerant to. The only problem - it was a list of the same exact foods that I had already elminated from my diet. I started another food diary. Some days I had symptoms and some days I didn't, but I couldn't find an obvious food that caused the symptoms. I took the EverylyWell Food Sensitivity Test, and it turns out I am highly intolerant of eggs! I never imagined that eggs were the issue - I never had any reactions to vaccinations, I bake and make homemade pasta almost every week, and eggs are my usual go to for breakfast. It makes sense, because there are eggs in alot of the meals that eat, and its not always obvious that the meal contains eggs. Since getting back my results, I have eliminated eggs entirely from my diet and have noticed that my head already feels less foggy. Best of all, the test was completely covered by my FSA account, so it didn't cost me anything. If you are experiencing food related health issues and can't seem to identify the cause, I highly recommend you take the test. It's easy and you get your results back quickly.
