I have been putting off having this test done for years. When I received the postcard for EverlyWell, I knew it was time. I am truly needle-phobic but the test was easy to do. My results were in quickly. I love having the option to skip the trip to the lab!

I wasn't overly sensitive to anything that I eat. And the things that were listed as mildly sensitive to seemed iffy, as I eat them all the time. It seems odd to eliminate foods that I have even small sensitivities to find something specific, so I feel as if this test wasn't quite resonant for me and my situation. Perhaps the technology will advance to show us more of a better action to take with these tests, or specific foods to look into, but for now, I just feel like it was only slightly educational.

This test helped me see what foods I was still eating outside of gluten and dairy that I was Sensitive to. I'll be trying to cut these out and see if that makes me feel even better!

I got my results and they were not what I expected. I have to know use this as a tool to move forward with a new diet.

The Shipping of the kit was quick, easy to use, but returning it and receiving results was not quick. My results were pretty well inline with what I already thought, just provided confirmation for further testing if I so choose. I felt the results were vague... not really understanding the difference between a mild and moderate sensitivity. And oddly enough, the diet of my mild and moderate sensitivities were identical to my recommended blood type diet. Unsure if that is a coincidence and my results are just THAT on target to my blood type diet or something more puzzling... legit testing?
