The food sensitivity test was very simple to use and my results were very easy to read. The only complaint I have was that it is advertised on tv and website that results are given with 3 to 5 business days. However, when you read more into the details, the food sensitivity test takes up to 10 business days.

I was very interested in finding out what foods my body is sensitive too, because I do find myself feeling bloated sometimes and uncomfortable, and I just cant put my finger on what can be making me feel this way, now I know which foods might be causing these reactions! I've lived many years avoiding many different foods based on prior blood work. I was at a time when I was starting to add some foods back in, but also struggling with something unknown. I have a degree in nutrition, and loads of experience tweaking my diet for optimal health. Recently after traveling a lot internationally for work, I noticed new challenges in losing the extra few pounds gained from traveling, as well as other symptoms that felt like allergies, brain fog, joint pain, etc. It's easy to blame that all on aging, but we shouldn't settle for that explanation when we are healthy adults. I took the food sensitivity test and was shocked by the results. So much good information, that will change the way I eat. I've been focusing on the wrong things after all this time. Bought a kit for my husband and youngest daughter who always seem to have seasonal allergies. I think we'll find out there are other culprits at work on their immune systems.

I completed the Food Sensitivity test and highly recommend it to others. Everlywell does a great job with the instructions and walking you through the entire testing process. Results were faster than I expected...I mailed the test on a Monday and received results back by Saturday. Results were clear cut and confirmed a few sensitivities I expected, as well some that were total surprises. Definitely worth the price!

I did this test and another brands test. Everlywell came up with zero high and zero moderate and only 3 items that were low I was quite surprised that it didn't pick up more. It also took me three tries to get a test accepted. The other brands test came up with a lot more items that I was sensitive to. I feel like it wasn't worth the money

My husband ordered this test for me after he got the results from his test. It was super easy to use. Just poke your finger, place your 5 samples on the card, mail it in and wait for your results. It took about 2 weeks to get my results back and I was contacted by email by Everlywell to let me know every step of the way. The results were really easy to read and understand. I was lucky to not have any foods in the top 2 levels for possible allergies. What did surprise me though was my third level had a lot of meat! I'd be good with eating more seafood but I'm not sure how my husband would feel about a shrimp meatloaf! Haha He's a meat lover and since meat is low on my list I don't really suffer. I say if you're curious or suspect even a little that you might have a food allergy, then you should take this test and find out. Then take your results to your doctor or an allergist to find out how to work the results into your family menu and meal planning. I would like to see some suggestions for ways to fit the results into a common persons life. Maybe offer some recipes or shopping lists or links to reputable websites for more information.

I had trouble getting the stick to work and had to have my finger pricked at the local clinic. Otherwise the test was easy. I can't vouch for its accuracy since the test results only showed slight sensitivity to a number of foods that I react to with severe headaches.
