I did the simple blood test to determine if I had any food sensitivities.

The test is very easy to take.

The test was not helpful because I had already removed the food items I suspected were causing issues. As a result, these foods did not appear on my sensitivity panel, making the test pointless. There should be a clear warning before purchasing the test.

Not worth the money

I was curious about sensitivities but honestly not really thinking I would have any since I could never relate any symptoms to foods. Surprisingly, I have a couple that I never had realized. Not hard to change but impossible to do without the personalized info. Thank you!
