My wife and I both purchased test kits. We followed the sample instructions, placed samples in their mailers and took both return envelopes to the post office at the same time. She received results relatively quickly. A week later my results have still not appeared. I have reached out through the online customer support tool on the Everlywell site multiple times and have received no response. I have found no other way to contact Everlywell to determine what has gone wrong. Poor customer service. I will be trying to get a refund from Sam's Club as the product (report on sample test) isn't being completed.
