Trying to eliminate several foods on my high and moderate list to see if they help with some issues I have been having.

I was expecting 2-3 weeks for feedback, and I got it within 48 hours of arrival at their testing facility.

My own doctor wouldn't give me a food insensitivity test. I am appreciative that Everlywell gave me another piece of my healthcare puzzle:)

It's fairly easy to get the blood out but I had to ask for another lance & card to put blood on. The people I emailed were so good at helping me.

Faster than expected wait time for the food sensitivity test to come back. Loved knowing that I cant have some foods that I eat on a regular basis.

Will use this test to change my diet. Eliminating the highly sensitive foods and balancing less sensitive ones.

Relieved questions I had about food sensitivities; helped change my diet in the way that was best for my body.

The foods I thought I had problems with were confirmed. I was surprised by a few I never considered: strawberries, turkey.
