Once I started eliminating my the foods from my diet I felt a million times better! Much easier than the time to do an elimination diet!

This product test did just what I wanted. It was straight forward, fast, and efficient. It explains the levels per foods well.

Simple and helpful

I get a lot of migraines and I wanted to see if I had sensitivity to certain foods that might trigger those headaches.

Easy to do, thorough results

The product may be fine, but when you get notified that they got the sample, and then approx. 4 hrs later you have the results there 8s something wrong. For the amount 9f testing they supposedly do, 8 don't truth the results, and wish I had not wasted my blood or money.

I was hoping to find foods in the high or moderate classes of reactivity, but only had mild and low. I did however take out some of the mild foods and do believe it has made some differences in my health and how I feel for the better. I found this test very fascinating.
