Hard to tell short term. Just starting the elimination process, Chicken and Cows milk are my two, and they are HARD!

The test results were very easy to read. Surprised me on a couple of foods that I was sensitive to and made sense after I reviewed them.

I never thought with a small amount of different foods I eat, the main protein for me has a trigger.

It's fairly easy to get the blood out but I had to ask for another lance & card to put blood on. The people I emailed were so good at helping me.

I was interested in the food sensitivity test. The only difficult part for me was collecting the sample.

I liked it, I did think the extended pack would come with the extended food tests, so a bit disappointing as it was pretty expensive.

I mailed my test kit to the lab on Monday and had my results on Thursday. The results are easy to read and were very helpful.
