This was my first time testing for food allergies, and it was a little difficult in reading my results and what they meant.

I was very impressed with the ease of use with this kit and the outline of the results. I do wish it tested for a few other common foods, though.

It was easy to use. I like the video of instructions but the tips and tricks in the video also need to be in the written instructions too.

It's not the tests fault I'm not more sensitive to foods. Lol. Guess I was hoping for dramatic results.

If you have digestive issues this is a good place to start. I'm not allergic to anything but this test shows what food groups to limit.
