Found out my main food sensitivities were to Brewers Yeast, Wheat and Gluten...which confirmed what i suspected! So comforting to know for sure!

I was excited to finally make the move and purchase a food sensitivity test. I was very underwhelmed with the experience. It took longer than expected to get the results and then when I got the results it felt extremely basic and I question the validity of the product.

Underwhelmed

I have ordered this test because I am suffering from bloating, gas and cramps. I had an idea that I might be gluten intolerant or more so I have started to eliminate gluten out of my diet a while ago. I was tested moderate for gluten and wheat which tells me that I am reacting high on gluten and wheat since I have started eating gluten/wheat free over 6 months ago. This test is a great guideline to start eating clean and to eliminate what your system can't process. I am so motivated to eat completely gluten and wheat free and hope to see an improvement in my overall health.
