Results gave me a place to start with an elimination diet. Instead of wasting time eating foods I don't know bother my body, now i can begin to understand which foods give me problems.

Bought this test to try and figure out if foods might be causing some of my fatigue, joint pain and headaches. Sure enough have several moderate sensitivities and quite a few mild. My husband even had a highly reactive.
