With one of my kits I misplaced a part and they were very understanding and sent me a replacement part right away. Minimal back and forth emails prior to fulfillment of request needed.

Easy to use, instructions were nice and clear. I was a little disappointed it was only a sensitivity test as opposed to a good allergy test, but the results were surprising and extremely helpful!

I am trying to find a diet which does not induce inflammation. I wanted to find if there were any foods that were unknowingly a culprit. I found the results interesting for me.

It gives one an understanding o foods that may be causing digestive problems. It would help to be a little more specificity what moderate means, and when milk is a problem is it everything made with mil such as all cheeses etc.

It was very easy to use except getting yourself to lance yourself! The results have made so much sense after I cut them out and reintroduced them however how they rate them with a number score seems a little off dude to my sensitivity

The product did its job, I wish I had investigate more about how the tests are done before I took it. I would have added some food to my diet just to see what they would have come up as....overall I am happy with the results.

It turns out I'm highly sensitive to cheese and eggs and these are the only foods that give me protein and LIFE so now I'm depressed but this was eye opening at least. :(
