I found some interesting triggers that I eat on a daily basis. So one by one I'm going to eliminate. Getting nervous that there won't be much left that I like to eat :(

I think it's great info and everyone should try it, especially if they have issues. I didn't have any specifically but I was curious. Turns out there's not much that bothers me and anything that was moderately reactive I don't eat anyway as a vegan.

The experience was great and I am glad I finally know some of the trigger foods I couldn't figure out on my own. I look forward to seeing how much better I feel once I eliminate the foods from my diet.

I wanted to see if I had any issues. Some were slightly high, but no real interpretation on how to incorporate that information into my daily life. Avoid them or other.

I wish this test tested for things that were more relevant to me, and to more common intolerances. Examples of this are: peppers, alcohol, sucrose, fructose, mushrooms, duck, hemp, sunflower, green tea, and goats milk.

The food sensitivity test was a great resource to directing me in starting a elimination diet to figure out my constant acid reflux and trying to be more aware of what is compatible with my body.
