The circles are pretty wide and it doesn't take just one drop per circle. My finger was still sore after doing it. It was worth it though. Fast and accurate results! I would do it again but would dread the blood taking part.

Turns out that a lot of the foods tested were foods I rarely eat, if ever. It was a good cross section of foods for a typical American diet, I just don't eat meat, dairy etc...

The test instructions were easy enough to follow. It did not hurt to get drops of blood from my finger. I am surprised by the results. I regularly eat the 3 things I am highly reactive to. Cutting them out for 4 days has already made a difference .

Test came back fast. Although I didn't have anything I was reactive too. I learned a lot, because I was have issues with my stomach and it gave me reassurance that it wasn't a food in this list causing the issue.

Getting the blood drops was difficult even though I followed the directions. Other than that I am pleased with the experience and will definitely purchase additional tests.

I was not surprised by the results as I have been struggling with those foods for a while. It is an excellent guideline to what start my elimination diet with and how subtle my symptoms can be.
