This test kit was self explanatory and very easy to use. Also liked how they prepaid for the shipping back and that the results were provided within 2-4 business days once received.

I thought I was having issues with cow milk. I wasn't sure though. It ended up being the only thing listed in red. The res of my foods listed in yellow and blue were odd but also made sense.
