The idea of the product is great. However, I was very disappointed when I got my results. There was not very much helpful information for next steps besides it recommending an elimination diet but no additional information regarding that.

My results identified sensitivity to several foods, a few of which I've thought were problematic for me. Now I know where to begin with an elimination diet. Results were really quickly shared too!

This test helped me determine a better diet for my Hashimoto's. I'm amazed how quick the results came back. I love to recommend this product, however, I do find people are put off by the price.
