I thought is was the lettuce in salad that made me feel bad but test revealed I am sensitive to sunflower and dill so it's probably the dressing! So now I can at salad, just with different dressing.

The test was easy to use. Remember to get blood from the side of your finger rather than the tip! I learned that the hard way. :-) The results were easy to understand and I was able to give a doctor report to my Naturopathic Doctor.
