It is useful to know what to avoid, esp at certain times. Example: I suffer pollen allergies in the spring and it comes out in the form of ezcema. I now know which foods to avoid so I don't exacerbate the eczema.

The test was simple to use, we got results very quickly, and the notifications of progress were awesome. We have just started implementing our new diet so we haven't seen results yet!

I have been doing an Elimination Diet to test for food sensitivities and allergies. It is taking a long time. I found this to be very helpful and informative and gave me a great place to start to figure out my food intolerances.

Confirmed my sensitivity to gluten, wheat, rye and barley. I was very surprised to see how reactive I was to eggs and cows milk. I will now remove all of these items from my diet and see if I feel better.

The test did what it claimed, listed the sensitivity levels to a bunch of foods. But having got the results, I thought it was too expensive for what I got. But it was still helpful.
