The results of the test did not reveal any major sensitivities or alert us to things to avoid. It's good information to have with us but overall I thought the cost of the test was expensive given the information we received.

I wish this test tested for things that were more relevant to me, and to more common intolerances. Examples of this are: peppers, alcohol, sucrose, fructose, mushrooms, duck, hemp, sunflower, green tea, and goats milk.

I would definitely do this again. I think my results gave some clarification of how I've been feeling. I just wish the follow-up webinars were available outside of normal business hours.

I was surprised how easy this was to do at home. I am no where near a phlebotomist and getting the test ready in my bathroom at home was easy and convenient. The results were ready fast. It was so interesting to know what foods are reactive to me!
