Process was easy but I'm being asked to provide a rating before I read my results. Your basically asking me to grade the process and not the value I felt it bring to me

This was the easiest process! Everything gets sent to you, it's explained in a very understandable way and the results came in less than a week!! So helpful and interesting.

This test helped me so much to really pinpoint exactly which foods were causing me symptoms. It was super easy to use and the directions were easy to follow, and the results came quickly! Now my husband and daughter want to take one.

It is great to finally know the foods I should shy away from as nothing seemed to bother me consistently. But with the information that I now know I am excited to move forward and hopefully feel good on a normal basis.

I liked how easy it was to test but I did not like the type of lancet that came with the kit. I did not like the fact that you had to use force to push down on it to stick your finger. I like the push button lancet better.

Product was great. The only thing I would change would be the number of lancets included. It took me more than three tries to draw enough blood for the required sample.

Personally this is helping to better understand my own health challenges. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, this a great tool I can direct my clients to use so we can work together on creating a wellness plan for them.

I am going to try Emilia room for a month on the foods that tested "moderate" for me. And probably eliminate most of the "low" reactive foods too, as much as possible...

I've been looking for an easy way to find what food sensitivities I have. This was it! We will see if influences my eating habits. So far, it hasn't but it was fun to read through the test results.
