The Food Sensitivity Test was an incredibly easy process to complete and return in the mail. My results were emailed within 4 days of being processed. I plan to make dietary changes in hopes of improving my overall health.

I found the information interesting. And the fact that I had reactivity to things I haven't eaten in years was explained as environmental exposure to things like pollen, that cause a similar reaction.

They were so easy to work with. I didn't do the test right the first time and they quickly sent me a new one at no cost. Quick. Easy. Great way to see what may be bothering you!

Don't understand the range of differences between reactive and allergic to a particular food. Would the highest reactive category be similar to allergic?

If one is having skin or digestive issues, this is a helpful test to experiment with food elimination. Coupled with a Fodmap diet, I think this will support better health.

This test showed me 11 surprising foods that my body reacts to. I plan to design an elimination diet around these items to determine what I should be avoiding. Who knew I would test so highly for egg whites?!

The test showed several food areas of intolerance, and I am making adjustments to my diet. I was surprised by some of the foods that I tested intolerant for, like chicken and turkey, which I eat all the time.

This does not seem accurate and is pricey for the results I was given. I was expecting much more and something more attuned to what I was expecting and what I know my body is sensitive to. Completely missed the mark.
