Super easy to do. The one thing I found a challenge was that the needle lancet was difficult to trigger. The amount of pressure required to activate it caused me to have to waste one testing it on the counter top. Thankfully there were 2 in the kit.

Surprised to see some of the findings that showed up on my test, I will be modifying my diet to exclude certain foods and see if it makes a difference!

I was surprised at some of the foods I have a high sensitivity to, since they tend to be staples in my diet (maybe I am overdoing it?). Looking forward to doing an elimination diet soon. (Don't want to waste food I've already purchased.)

Easy to use--- even for someone squeamish around needles.I would have appreciated more than one alcohol swab because of the multiple attempts I needed to get an adequate sample.

This kit was great in helping me figure out which foods are bothering me and how to avoid those nasty symptoms! I had a few sensitivities and they were things I ate regularly!

I got the results but am unsure about how I act on the information. They are interesting and consistent with my experience however. I would do it again.
