The test was easy to complete at home. It took me less than 5 minutes. I was ecstatic that the postage was pre-paid. The results came back sooner than I expected and were VERY easy to understand.

I love this product because it tests a wide range of foods and nuts. This test gives you the sensitivity level and how much it will effect your body. Very interesting and very informative.

Insightful but not life altering for me. But certainly helped me with more information as I start to navigate a new direction in my desire for feeling better.
