Drank a glass of water 30 minutes before the finger sticks. It took three sticks to obtain the right size of blood drop for the collection paper. Let the samples dry for 30 minutes. Mailed it in. Within 5-8 days, the results were received. The results listed all allergies he is allergic too. They were the same allergies that he was tested for 8 years prior. Very accurate.

Bought the basic food sensitivity kit for myself and the basic and expanded for my wife. I plan on doing the expanded in the near future and possibly doing both tests again in 6 months. I got this as a gift from my husband. As someone who has always experienced issues throughout my life, I'm glad I could pinpoint the issues without doing the elimination diet, which I've tried many times before and it didn't seem to help or work. I would definitely recommend this product.

The product did not give completely accurate results. I've had doctors do allergy tests before but thought I'd try this for my intolerances, I am deathly allergic to ALL nuts. The results did have all nuts on it but many were "mild" or "normal" reactivity. The order was interesting as I know how some of them affect me more than others but it was helpful to see some extra things affecting me.

I was surprised at how quickly the sensitivity test arrived And how fast I received the results after mailing it back. I suspected a couple of the foods were culprits of some of my digestive issues but I had no idea I have sensitivity to 10 foods. Overall, I was very satisfied with the product and customer service.

After limiting wheat products for years, my stomach aches and migraines came back. I didn't even know where to start with elimination diet. I suspected soy, coffee, corn or even yeast. I would have eliminated all the wrong things. I was surprised by finding out my two strongest reactions were egg whites and almonds. I drink almond milk daily and eat eggs every morning. On day 2 of eliminating both, I can already notice reduced bloating and stomach pain. I just never suspected either. I was also happy to see that wheat and gluten had very low reactivity. It implies that I'm managing that very well. I do cheat once in a while, so clearly once in a great while is going to be OK for me. These are not actual allergies. Just managing discomfort.

I have regular stomach aches and skin problems, as well as a family history of problems with inflammation. I was excited to take this test to help me identify foods that could be irritants. The test itself was easy to use and I got my results back in the promised amount of time. I was really surprised by my results. The test showed that not only do I not have any high reactive foods, but I don't even have medium reactive foods (my results were 21 mild and 75 low). I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like I wasted my money, but I can't blame the test for that. I guess my issues lie somewhere other than what this test evaluates. I should mention that my sister took the same test and had 20+ high and medium reactive foods, many of which she had no idea were causing her issues, so I do think the test is valuable for some people.

Wonderful product! The kit was so easy to use and the results came back very fast and were so easy to read and understand. The personalized results gave me great information that I had always questioned. I can't believe I waited so long to do these tests! Product was easy to use and response was quick. I had no sensitivities of note, so of limited use for me, but my wife also did it and found several items she intends to investigate further. I would recommend it if you have suspected sensitivities. If not, it probably won't help you.
